Due to the current global pandemic , orders might take longer than expected to reach their destinations, this is completely out of my control and hence I’ve also decided to limit shipping to the UK and EU for the time being.
If you live outside these countries and would still like to place an order, then please be aware that it may take longer to receive the order plus cost considerably more due to postage, taxes and duty.
I use a reliable shipping and postal service. Charges are calculated at cost during the payment process.
As a single person managing the operations and logistics, when the web shop is open, I will endeavour to ship orders as soon it is possible which can occasionally mean your order may take 4-5 days to process, especially if there is an event or exhibition going on simultaneously.
Domestic orders can take 5-6 working days (or a bit longer depending on the current situation) and international orders can take 10-15 working days (depending on the current situation).
If for any unavoidable reason there are delays in sending work out from the studio I’ll be in touch.
Tax and Duty:
When an item is sent from my studio to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. There might be tax or customs charges on items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel (especially EU)
Shipping cost is calculated by the website at the end of your order placement.
Orders and Returns
In the unlikely event that you would like to return an item, returns are accepted as far as they are sent back in their original packaging securely to control damages, using a trackable and reliable shipping method . Please bear in mind return shipping cost is not covered by my studio. Unless it was a faulty item delivered to you by mistake, in which case retain the return receipt for me to reimburse the amount.
Returns are not accepted on commissions and made to order designs.
If an order goes missing, then please get in touch with me as well as the shipping company. I will try and help out as much as is possible.
If your order arrives damaged, then please email on email@example.com with a picture of the damaged object within 24 hours of receiving the item, for a replacement or refund.
Please note: I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item returned from you arrives damaged due to bad packing or is not in its original packaging.
